Just Tattoos Refund Policy
Things don't always go the way they're supposed to, we toootally get it!
We are happy to help you with anyJust Tattoos products within 14 days from the day it was received.
While we don’t accept physical product returns due to hygienic reasons, we can still help you by providing an Just Tattoos credit, or in some cases a refund.
Refunds requested after 14 days of the received date may still be eligible for an Just Tattoos credit, though we do not accept refunds for orders that are over 90 days old.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are only able to process refunds for orders within North America (Canada and the United States).

Additionally, please note that from time to time, Just Tattoos may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of abuse. *In cases of refunds, please note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Defective Products or Issues With Tattoo Application
If you run into an issue with applying your tattoo or if the products you got are damaged/defective, reach out to us - it may be eligible for a one-time resend or credit. Follow the instructions below, and send us a photo of the products that aren't quite right. After we receive your inquiry, our team will take a look at your order and share the next steps with you!

- Your order number
- A photo of the products you’re reaching out about
- The reason you’re hoping to get a refund

I'm having issues with my payment.
We're sorry to hear that! There are a few things to keep in mind if there are issues with your payment:
(1) Make sure you're using an accepted method of payment.
We accept the following:
- Visa
- Canadian and US Visa Debits
- Visa Pre-Paid Gift Cards
- MasterCard
- AMEX
- PayPal
⚠️ Note: We do not accept MasterCard debits.
(2) Confirm that there's a sufficient balance on your card.
- Double check the funds in your account/the balance on your card.
- Certain prepaid cards such as Visa Pre-Paid Gift cards and Visa Debits may not work as there may not be sufficient money on the card.
(3) Does your card have a CVV number?
- If the forms of payment mentioned above don't have a CVV number on the back of the card, your transaction may be unsuccessful.
(4) Check that the Billing Address you entered matches the one connected to your card!
Sometimes Autofill programs like Google Chrome will enter the info for another card or may enter it in a way that creates errors. Double check that the Billing address looks correct!

When will I be charged for my order?
Why was my credit card charged before shipment?
Your account is automatically charged at the time of purchase. For security reasons, Just Tattoos does not store your credit card information and uses a one-time authorization during checkout.
There are three stages to any credit card transaction:
1. Authorization
This step verifies that your card is valid and has sufficient funds. The authorization period varies depending on your card provider and ensures the transaction is secure.
2. Capture
Capture occurs daily at noon, when banking systems process all authorized transactions. At this stage, your charge may appear as “pending” until settlement is complete. Pending transactions are not charged interest and may take up to 5 business days to post to your account.
3. Settlement
Settlement happens 2–3 business days after capture. This is when your bank confirms the charge and the transaction appears in your statement.
🛒 Online Payments via PayPal® or AmazonPay
Orders placed using PayPal or AmazonPay are charged immediately at checkout.
🏪 In-Store Payments (Toronto Location)
For purchases made in-store using credit or debit, payment is processed at the time of sale. We recommend requesting a digital receipt via email or SMS, as we cannot trace orders without one.
❌ Canceled Orders
If you cancel an order, your card will be refunded in full.
An authorization hold may be placed when you order to verify available funds. If canceled, the hold will expire according to your bank’s policy (usually within 5 days).
Depending on the transaction stage:
• Before Capture: We can void the order, and no charge will be processed.
• After Capture but Before Settlement: We can cancel and issue a refund, which will appear after both the charge and refund settle (2–3 business days).
• After Settlement: We can still refund your order, unless it has already shipped — in which case a different protocol applies.

• Your order number
• Clear photos of each product you’d like to return, with the QR code visible (one group photo is fine as long as all codes are clear)
• A brief explanation of why you’re requesting the refund
